Our dedicated agency team deals with all agency related administration on behalf of Members. This includes setting up all new agencies and negotiating Terms of Business Agreements in accordance with FSA regulations and ensuring specifically that the relevant risk transfer and non-solicitation clauses are included in every agreement.

In accordance with FSA regulation, the agency team carry out financial due diligence checks on every Insurance Provider, using the financial credit facilities of Equifax and Standard & Poors, protecting Members against financially unstable markets. Should the financial rating of any agency cause concern, the team will assist Members in finding alternative insurance markets.
