Our UK wide team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) work closely with our Members and Associates to provide one to one business support. Your BDM will help you to make the most out of insurer and business services by recommending areas of your business which could be supported by specialist teams at Broker Network HQ. They are tasked with examining your markets and placing strategies and will work with you to identify any opportunities for increased profitability or service delivery.
Our Members and Associates also have direct access to the Broker Support Desk, where immediate help is at hand all day, everyday. Whether it's help placing a difficult risk, a telephone number you just can't lay your hands on, or a query over commissions, you'll find our team is well equipped to find the information you need quickly. A lo-call number, the Broker Support Desk will quickly become a part of the day to day running of your business.
