Our Members see yet more benefits with Fortis

This month, Broker Network has confirmed the introduction of a dedicated Fortis trading team specifically for Broker Network Members.

This team will have the ability to meet Members’ commercial underwriting, claims, operational and servicing requirements, in line with the specifics of Broker Network service level agreements. This means yet more reassurances of improved service delivery and speed of response times.

Commenting on this latest agreement, Head of Insurer Relations Russ Hargreaves has said:

“This development supports Fortis’ ongoing drive to broaden its commercial footprint and will allow our Members to enjoy a much more “holistic” service, benefiting from resources which are better aligned to the broker marketplace.
