BN underlines commitment to customer service

Known as the Member Satisfaction Survey (MSS) Broker Network’s customer satisfaction survey has been in existence since 2003.

However, with Members’ priorities changing and the Broker Network service proposition developing to reflect this, we felt it was time to introduce a new MSS to ensure we gathered the type of feedback which allows us to take speedy and effective action where necessary.

We have also taken the step of commissioning independent market research consultancy, DJS Research Ltd, to carry out the survey on our behalf. As a member if the Market Research Society, DJS Research will ensure the survey is conducted within rules and guidelines set by the Society thus ensuring the feedback gathered is accurate and unbiased. 

We share the results of the MSS directly with our Members and they are also analysed and actioned at Executive Director level. To learn more about our commitment to customer service
