Marketing Consultancy win Customer Experience Award!

We are delighted to announce that our Marketing Consultancy have won a third prestigious industry award.

The team have received the Customer Experience Award – Intermediary in the Insurance Post’s Digital and Insurtech Awards 2018 for their Marketing Portal.

Alongside their bespoke service, Marketing Consultancy launched a newly re-developed Marketing Portal in January, which our Members can access as part of their membership. This provides brokers with limited time resources the use of indispensable tools for their own marketing purposes.

Ellie Dreisenstock, Head of Marketing Consultancy, says, “This project was a year in the making with everyone in the team involved in the planning, designing and development of this significant piece of work, which is now used daily as valuable marketing tool by our brokers.

“We submitted the award entry knowing that we would be up against some extremely strong digital contenders, so we were slightly shocked but very excited to have been shortlisted and even more surprised and delighted to have won.

“A big thank you to everyone in the team for all their hard work. Three awards in three years would not have happened without everyone working with one another. It’s a team effort and not one part of the puzzle is more important than the other, it’s about how it all fits together.”

Through the Marketing Portal, Members have access to advice, tools and resources 24/7 as part of their membership. One such tool is The Content Library – a bank of more than 1000 articles, each with accompanying images and social media messaging, covering a range of insurance topics that they can use on their blogs and newsletters to build awareness among existing and prospective clients.

Another resource is the How-To Guides, which give brokers the knowledge they need to make a start on their marketing strategy, however straightforward or ambitious, and the ready-made templates to deliver it.
