Acceptable use standards
You may use our site only for lawful purposes. This website may contain bulletins, board services, chat areas, news groups, forums and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with the public at large or with a group. In order that Broker Network can use your contribution, you confirm that your contribution is your own original work, is not defamatory and does not infringe any laws, that you have the right to give Broker Network permission to use it for the purposes specified above, and that you have the consent of anyone who is identifiable in your contribution or the consent of their parent/guardian if they are under 16 years old.
We normally show your name with your contribution, unless you request otherwise, but for operational reasons this is not always possible. Nothing contained in this website shall be deemed to confer on any person any license or right on the part of Broker Network or any third party with respect to any such image, logo or name.
BNU construction competition Terms & Conditions
The winner of £350 of Red Letter Days vouchers will be the Broker Network Member who places the most construction business with BNU by 30th September 2018. This will be based on the total New Business Gross Written Premium on 4 products between 16/5/18 and 17/10/18.
Premium placed with BNU on the following “Exclusively Yours” products will be monitored between the above dates: Construction Liability & Contract Works; Financial Risks – Design & Construct; Financial Risks – Architects and Engineers; and Electrical Contractors and HVAC Combined.
The prize will be awarded to the brokerage, rather than an individual – and it will be up to the brokerage to determine how the prize is distributed.
In order to qualify for the Red Letter Days vouchers, the brokerage must be a Premier or Advantage Broker Network Member on 30th September 2018 and not have served notice to leave the Network.
